sounds like a circulation problem...Lupus and Raynauds are both circulatory problems that can cause loss of color, coolness to the touch, or numbing...you should get it checked out. They aren't life threatening but if that's the case, your doctor will be able to make suggestions on changes you can make in your lifestyle.Blue nails and lips?

this is something that sometimes happens in cases with anorexics because they don't have enough body fat to keep them at a stable temperature so it can be caused by malnutrition but it can also be from bad circulation so you should get checked by a Doctor either way
