What color should I paint my nails? They're not long enough for a french manicure I don't think (they're pretty weak, so I generally keeps them kind of short-ish). And what make up should I wear? Cute! You should try a silver, with a silver eyeshadow, or a dark purple that would look nice on you probably with your skin tone. If you decide to wear a silver eyeshadow then wear a light light light pink blush. Then if you decide to wear dark purple wear a brownish-goldish blush. But if you decide to wear the dark purple and the gold blush please wear dark purple like a plum for nailpolish. : )

You could perhaps get fake nails?
although they are pretty hard to get used to if you've had short nails for a while. You could maybe do a silvery colour, or a blue-ish.
Make-up
How about a silver/gray or blackish eyeshadow fading off into a blue-ish colour. Then outline that with black liner. Little mascara and it should match perfect [:

stick with brown/bronze eyeshadows with maybe a LITTLE bit of lavendar right above the lid. This will keep the focus on your eyes and still look good with your dress. for your nails, paint them a light blue if you want a color, or just a clear coat would be good.
Grey/silver eyeshadow, silver or blue nail polish, black eyeliner, mascara.

silver polish, silver jewelry.... and plum eyeshadow cause plum brings out brown eyes. brown/black mascara and maybe a dark peach blush. Red lipstick would be pretty with a silver gloss over it
blue eye shadow,eye liner,black nail polish,natural or pink lip gloss,and mascara!
i say silver nail polish and try brown black or plum eyeliner, and whatever kind of eyeshadow looks best
