Blue nailbeds is often a sign of cyanosis which indicates not enough oxygen is in the bloodstream. If she is very thin, blue nailbeds could mean she is cold. Hopefully, she is getting treatment for this before all of her teeth rot out and she ruins her esophagus from the vomiting. And, she can die from this.
