As far as I know nails turn blue when it doesnt recieve oxgen supply- which is noticed in people who die with heart ailments.... its is weird to hear your nails turning blue in winter!!!!!!! its impossible... are u sure????Why do my nails turn blue in winters? what does that indicate?
some people with concenital methemoglobinemia turn blue when cold, or stay blue all the time! You could be heterozygous for the methemoglobinemia gene.
