I have the same thing it's most likely Reynaulds syndrom, where the blood vessels dilate wrong so blood flow is poor. Go to doctor to confirm. There is no real treatment... I believe they give medication if it's real severe and painful. I just try to keep my hands warm.Why are my finger nails turning blue black?

If it spreads to your whole hand or arm, they'll have to cut more than just your finger off.
