its not that ur toenails are blue, its actually ur toes. Cramming ur feet into a smaller shoe size than u should wear cut off circulation, resulting in lack of oxygen to ur toes. Although ur blood is not blue, the deoxygenated blood reflects the light in a way that it appears blue.
bottom line is that you need new, larger shoes.I have blue toe nails ? [weird]?
don't wear too small shoes. is it possible that they hurt from being squished and the blue is from rubbed off colour on the inside of the shoe? if not, put some ice on your toes.
they were probably so small they cut of the circulation....it will come back 2 normal soon its just like having a cramp
you might have cut off your circulation. this is serious. see a doctor and try to get the blood back into ur toes and fingers.
...Erm, Get bigger shoes?
