depends ,1- at dressup color, contrast or match but not so dark shade. 2- at the complexn if it bright or fair , contast will suit much for wheatish, brown or flash tint and for blackish complexn skincolor with light sparkle will be appropriate in my personal openion. neither iam guy nor girl but a man and artist.
Pinks, reds, corals...the blue, silver, black, green, etc are probably best left in the past, unless you're preparing for a costume party.
